Chest pain

Pain that occur between upper belly area and lower neck are chest pain. It can occur to any age group or population. It is also described as chest tightness, chest pressure, or a feeling of burning or fullness in the chest. Pain can be sharp, dull, throbbing, crushing, tearing, cramping or achy.

A lot of public education has been undertaken to aware the patients of the chest pain and possible consequences. However, some pains are life threatening while others are less dangerous.

Viral infections like flu, cold, etc, can also raise chest pain on your right side. If a viral infection is causing the chest pain, it aggravates when you take a deep breath or while you cough. Problem in the digestive tract can also give rise to chest pain on right side. Over exention of the chest muscles can result in pain in your right side. The pain worsens with certain movements and is usually due to chest muscle tenderness. Some dangerous problems of heart are like Heart attack, Angina, Pulmonary embolism, Spontaneous pneumothorax etc.,  that can be serious if not taken in cure. Pneumonia is an infection of the lung tissue. • Because of the complex nerve distribution in the body, chest pain may actually originate from another part of the body.
• The stomach or other organs in the belly (abdomen), for example, can cause chest pain.

• Consumption of fresh fruits and leafy vegetables is helpful in avoiding chest pain, avoid fast food and junk food.
• Consumption of cucumber, watermelon, banana etc is helpful in avoiding chest pain.
• Garlic is very helpful in reducing the chances of chest pain. Consumption of garlic on a regular basis is very effective in chest pain.
• Regular exercise and morning walks is very effective in avoiding chest pain.
• Take care the cholesterol level of your body because high cholesterol in body can worsen the condition.
