Pimples

Pimples (Blackheads, Whiteheads or Nodules) can be seen on the face, chest, higherback or shoulders scientifically termed as "Zits" (Acne). Person suffering from this normally face persistant, recurring reddish blemishes on the face, chest, shoulders, neck, buttocks. These blemishes are spots with darkish, open heart, they're termed as Blackheads. Pimples, Whiteheads, are those bulge underneath the pores, skin, with no opening that rapture.

One of the major cause of Pimples are the high levels of insulin produced by processed carbohydrates in the body that can create blockages in the pores and extra oil under the skin.

Due to lack hygiene, frequent fable don't cause Acne. They occur as the result of overproduction of sebum, waxy substance that lubricates skin and causes bacteria growing inside the blocked follicle resulting in an inflammation called "Pimples".

Symptoms 

Pimples can appear as Whiteheads/Blackheads on the the face, chest, shoulders, neck, buttocks etc. This can range from normal to severe and can last weeks, months, years. We can get them throughout life. If blemish becomes infected, pimples can be painfull and cause serious scars if precaution is not taken in time.

  There can be several reasons for the symptoms however some of the common are cysts, permanent facial scars, skin color change, damaged self-esteem, confidence, personality, social life etc.

Prevention

Do not use oily cosmetics. Friction makes pimples more likely to erupt, so do not over-scrub or touch the affected area whenever possible. Use a natural antibacterial, non-oily face wash such as those containing tea tree oil or a clay mask containing echinacea.
