Breasts are an important part of the natural beauty and sensuality of womanhood. Women need to give special care to keep them healthy, beautiful and firm. As time passes, breasts start to droop a little due to lack of bone structure – they have ligaments and connective tissues as their support.
Drooping or sagging of breasts is the inevitable natural process that occurs in all women with the exception of those having fairly small breasts. The effect of gravity means those with larger breasts have a greater tendency to sag due to a higher rate of elasticity of skin, stretch of ligaments and the skin, gravity and so forth. Sagging breasts are believed to be determined by a combination of genes and diet. Impact sports like running or dancing can also lead to sagging breasts if teens do not wear a bra that gives sufficient support for the size of the breasts.
Most of all, minimal steps could keep them healthy and firm breasts for a lifetime.
